Recharge Agreement

This is an agreement between the User and LukShort regarding the top-up services provided on the LukShort platform.

1. Special Instructions

1.1 LukShort offers an internet-based top-up service (hereinafter referred to as the "Top-up Service") as set forth in this Agreement and its regularly updated Operating Rules. Users wishing to top up must read and accept all the terms of this Agreement and follow the on-screen instructions.

1.2 This Agreement also incorporates the LukShort Registered User Service Agreement. It becomes an integral part of this Agreement when it is formally published and the User must comply with it.

1.3 By proceeding with the recharge process after reading this Agreement, the User accepts its terms in full, which may be updated by LukShort and changes will be indicated on the relevant page. If the User does not agree with the Agreement or its amendments, it is recommended to stop using the LukShort service.

2. Service Description

2.1 The Services under this Agreement refer to LukShort's top-up platform services. Specifically, LukShort provides a platform where Users can recharge products or services for themselves or others.

2.2 Certain online services (such as games or value-added telecommunication services) may incur fees, which will be clearly stated on the relevant page. Users who do not agree with these charges may choose not to use these services.

2.3 The User understands that LukShort provides online services only. Any associated equipment or related costs are the responsibility of the User.

3. Usage Rules

3.1 The User must be the account holder of the payment method, ensuring that they are not infringing the rights of any third party.

3.2 Top-ups must be made by the method specified by LukShort. LukShort cannot be held responsible if the User tops up using an unauthorized system or illegal method.

3.3 Once the top-up is successful, it is considered complete. No refunds or changes will be made unless the product/service is unavailable.

3.4 When using the top-up system, the User must carefully check the account details. Errors due to user error or misunderstanding are the responsibility of the user.

3.5 Violation of LukShort's User Agreement or this Top-Up Agreement may result in account suspension without any compensation.

3.6 Discrepancies caused by LukShort's top-up system will be dealt with appropriately upon provision of valid user data and evidence.

3.7 Virtual products or services obtained through LukShort or its authorized channels will follow the instructions or guidelines provided by LukShort. LukShort does not offer returns or exchanges for virtual products.

3.8 Users should obtain Virtual Products or Services through official channels. Accounts suspected of illegal top-up activities may be temporarily or permanently suspended.

3.9 All virtual products/services should be obtained through official LukShort channels. Products/services not obtained through official channels have no legal effect on LukShort, and LukShort reserves the right to recall virtual products and terminate services if necessary.

4. Privacy Protection

4.1 LukShort will not disclose or make available User Data to third parties without the User's consent, except in accordance with the conditions of clause 4.2.

4.2 LukShort may partner with third parties to provide the Services. LukShort may share User Data with these third parties if they maintain equivalent privacy standards.

4.3 Without compromising the privacy of individual Users, LukShort may analyze its entire User database for commercial purposes. Despite significant efforts, LukShort cannot guarantee the absolute security of the data.

5. Disclaimer

LukShort does not warrant that:

(i) the Services will meet the User's expectations

(ii) the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

6.Change, Interruption or Termination of Service

6.1 LukShort will endeavor to notify the User in advance if system maintenance or upgrading is required, resulting in temporary interruption of the Online Recharge Service.

6.2 LukShort reserves the right to interrupt or terminate the Online Recharge Service provided hereunder at any time without notice to the User if any of the following occurs

(a) the personal information provided by the User is found to be untrue;

(b) The User violates the terms of use set forth in this Agreement.

6.3 In addition to the above, LukShort reserves the right to interrupt or terminate some or all of the Online Recharge Services at any time. LukShort shall not be liable to the User or any third party for such interruption or termination of services.

7. Compensation for Breach

The User agrees to protect and defend the interests of LukShort and other Users. If the User violates any relevant laws, regulations or the terms of this Agreement, resulting in losses suffered by LukShort or other third parties, the User agrees to assume responsibility for the resulting damages and compensation.

8. Notice and Delivery

8.1 All notices under this Agreement may be made by main page announcement, e-mail or conventional mail. Such notices are deemed to have been delivered on the day they are sent.

9. Other Provisions

9.1 This Agreement is the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Engagement and other related matters. No rights other than those granted in this Agreement are granted to either party.

9.2 If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part for any reason, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue to be valid and binding.

9.3 The headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual significance.
