User Agreement

1. Acceptance of the User Agreement

Please read these Terms of Service and its associated policies (including the Privacy Policy) carefully before using the LukShort Platform. Together, these Terms and Policies constitute a legal agreement between you and LukShort. You must be at least 13 years of age (18 years of age in the European Economic Area) to register for an account or use the Services, and if you are under the legal age of majority in your country, you will need the consent and guidance of a legal guardian to use the Platform. By registering to use the LukShort Platform, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and their associated policies. If you do not agree to these terms, you will not be able to use the services provided by the LukShort Platform.

2. User Accounts

(1) Users are required to provide true, accurate and complete personal information when registering for LukShort's services. In case of false information, LukShort has the right to suspend or terminate the User's account.

(2) Users are required to keep their account passwords safe and are responsible for all activities on their accounts. Users should not provide their login information to others and should notify LukShort immediately of any security breaches.

(3) Users may only have a maximum of one account per mobile device. Accounts may not be sold, exchanged or transferred to other parties.

(4) Users may transfer accounts or services from one device to another under certain circumstances, subject to authorization by LukShort.

3. User Content

(1) In the course of using LukShort's services, Users may create, submit, publish or share content, such as text, images, audio, etc. These are collectively referred to as "User Content". Such content is collectively referred to as "User Content".

(2) Users are responsible for ensuring that they own and have the right to use the User Content and that it does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, and LukShort does not guarantee the accuracy or legality of the User Content.

(1) Except for User Content, LukShort and its affiliates and licensors own the Intellectual Property Rights in the Services and all content, functionality, and materials on the Services, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, user interfaces, images, photographs, videos, audios, audio clips, editorial content, research, data, software, domain names, names, logos, service marks, and any and all copyrighted material and the the "look and feel" of the Application.

(2) LukShort grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable right to access and use the Content on the Service for personal, non-commercial use only. User may not sell, transfer or license these intellectual property rights to third parties.

(3) The intellectual property rights in any content created or posted by the User on the Services ("User Content") are owned by the User. By posting User Content, the User grants LukShort a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, display, perform, and otherwise use the User Content for the purpose of providing, developing, improving, and promoting the Services.

(4) Users agree that LukShort may review, edit, move or delete their User Content as necessary for the Services. Users are responsible for ensuring that the content they post complies with laws and regulations and the Terms of Service.

(5) Users shall not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others when using the services. In case of infringement of others' intellectual property rights, LukShort has the right to take appropriate measures, including but not limited to deleting the infringing content, suspending or terminating the user's account.

6) Users shall comply with all applicable intellectual property laws, regulations and policies when using the services. In case of violation, the user shall bear the corresponding legal responsibility.

5. Service Materials, Ownership, Trademarks and Feedback

(1) Service Materials: All content provided on the LukShort Platform, including, but not limited to, text, images, audio, video, software, etc., is protected by copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property laws of other countries or regions, and all rights are reserved by LukShort and its affiliates.

(2) Ownership: The LukShort Platform and all Service materials on it are owned by LukShort and its affiliates. Except as expressly provided otherwise, no intellectual property rights are granted to you under these Terms of Service.

(3) Trademarks: The LukShort name, logo, and other marks on the LukShort Services are trademarks of LukShort and its affiliates. You may not use these trademarks without the express written permission of LukShort.

(4) User Feedback: You may provide LukShort with feedback about the Services, including suggestions, comments, complaints, etc. You agree to provide such feedback to LukShort without charge. (4) Processing Procedure: We will verify your complaint within 10 business days of your submission. If it is confirmed that there is an infringement, we will take down or remove the relevant infringing content to protect your rights and interests.

(5) Error Notification: If you believe that your work has been incorrectly labeled as infringing content, please submit a written explanation to us. Please provide us with your contact information, details of your work, the location of the removed content on the LukShort Platform, and proof of your statement that you own the intellectual property rights to the work. We will restore the erroneously deleted content as soon as possible and notify the relevant users.

(6) Legal Liability: Please note that submitting a false infringement notice in bad faith may subject you to legal liability under the law. Before submitting a notice, please ensure that you have sufficient evidence to prove that your intellectual property rights have been infringed.

7.User Behavior and Use Restrictions

(1) When using LukShort services, users shall comply with laws and regulations, social morals and ethics, and shall not engage in any illegal, unlawful or unethical behavior.

(2) Users shall not use the LukShort Services for the following activities: a) Producing, copying, publishing, or disseminating illegal information, including but not limited to illegal content involving terrorism, violence, pornography, gambling, drugs, etc.; b) Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others, the right to portrait, the right to reputation, the right to privacy and other legitimate rights and interests; c) Publishing or disseminating viruses, Trojan horses, malware and other destructive programs; d) Engaging in illegal and criminal activities such as cyber fraud, cyber theft, etc.; e) Producing, publishing, or disseminating false or misleading information to the detriment of other people's interests or the public interest of the society; f) Engaging in other behaviors that violate laws and regulations, infringe on other people's rights and interests, or are detrimental to the public interest of the society.

(3) LukShort reserves the right to take appropriate measures against users who violate the above usage restrictions, including but not limited to warning, deletion of the offending content, restriction or suspension of some or all of the user's functions, suspension or termination of the user's account, etc. If the user's behavior violates laws and regulations, the user's account will be suspended or terminated. If a user's behavior violates laws and regulations, LukShort will cooperate with the relevant authorities in accordance with the law to investigate and deal with.

8. Posting on other websites and linking to services

(1) Promotion of the Services: LukShort encourages users to share and promote our services on other websites, social media platforms or blogs. You may use official logos, screenshots or other promotional materials provided by LukShort to promote the Service.

Subscription services may be charged on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis. During the subscription period, Users may enjoy the appropriate membership benefits. Upon expiration of the subscription service, if the user does not renew the subscription, the membership benefits will automatically expire.

Virtual currency can be used to purchase virtual goods and services within the LukShort Platform. Please note that virtual currency cannot be exchanged for real currency or transferred to another person.

(3) Virtual Goods: Virtual Goods such as gifts, props, equipment, skins, etc. may be available within the LukShort Platform. Users may use virtual currency to purchase virtual goods. Virtual goods are for use within the LukShort platform only and may not be transferred, exchanged, or converted to real goods.

(4) Purchase and Payment: Users can purchase Subscription Services, Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods through the LukShort Platform or third party payment channels. During the purchase process, please ensure that the payment information you enter is accurate. Once a purchase is made, no refunds will be given, unless otherwise provided by law.

(5) Use of Subscription, Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods: Users shall comply with LukShort's Terms of Service and related regulations when using Subscription Services, Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods. Subscription services, virtual currencies and virtual goods shall not be used to engage in behavior that is illegal, unlawful or infringes on the rights and interests of others.

We will investigate such behavior and take appropriate action.

14. Indemnification

(1) User Liability: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and the Terms of Service in your use of the LukShort Platform. You shall be legally responsible for your behavior on the Platform and for any damages caused to LukShort or other Users as a result of your behavior.

(2) Indemnification Obligation: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LukShort, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and other users from and against any loss, damage, legal liability, and costs (including, but not limited to, attorneys' fees and costs of litigation) that may be incurred by LukShort or other users as a result of your conduct.

15.Termination
